NaBloPoMo- the finish.
I have to say, that one full month of daily posting has shown me… that in the end, I resorted to posting random rubbish. A few times, I managed to come in less than a minute before the midnight deadline. Funny pictures and bad haikus were my saviour. And I’m still no closer to figuring out my blogging niche. It’s given me a lot to ponder, but I’m glad the month is over :)...

Have spent the evening formulating a lovely soap recipe, which I’ll be hopefully making tomorrow morning whilst I have the house to myself for a couple of hours. I am really looking forward to it :)

Reason #645 I am a dodgy mum.

Feeling Cruddy
Seems I’ve picked up the nasty cold/flu that my daughter was struck down with yesterday. Joy. I used to not mind getting sick before I had kids, because it meant a day off, laying on the couch, indulging myself. Nowadays, it just means feeling shite whilst pushing on. Brand New Notebook
Today I bought myself a brand new notebook. It’s basically a moleskine knockoff, but without the funky envelope in the back. I’d love to have a moleskine, and I check them out almost everytime I visit the bookshop at Dave’s work- but I have such a hard time justifying the purchase price of $22. The book I bought today was only $2- I could buy 10 more for that price!
